When coming up with a new product idea, you never want to lose track of when it was actually conceived, keeping a date in your mind is not as reliable as documenting it. When the idea is documented, it clearly shows when the idea was conceived and any additional work that is done on the idea. It can be as simple as a notepad or as detailed as a bound professional diary. REMEMBER TO KEEP A JOURNAL AS PROOF OF YOUR INVENTION. You may need to refer to it down the road if there is a conflict with someone else claiming they came up with the idea before you did.

A great way to remove heat ring and water stains from polished wooden furniture is to mix equal parts of BAKING SODA AND REGULAR WHITE NON GEL TOOTHPASTE to create a paste. Lightly dampen the edge of a clean soft white cloth with water and dip it into the paste. Wipe area clean and buff to a shine, follow with furniture polish. If the stain still remains, you may have penetrated the wood, so in that case, you will have to have the piece refinished.

The mistake that people make most is that they are eager to tell someone about their great idea. Being excited to tell someone is a good thing. It gives you the energy that you need when pursuing your idea. YOU SHOULDN'T OPENLY DISCUSS YOUR IDEA WITH ANYONE to avoid the possibility of someone stealing the idea and pursuing it before you do. There will be plenty of time to talk about your idea after the proper steps have been taken.
